MSFN.org reports I recently contacted PayPal in regards to an account issue, after the reply was given I have been receiving emails from PayPal to rate their service. On the bottom of these emails is an Unsubscribe to the survey, the link for this goes like; http://ebay.benchmarkportal.com/pay...*&client=paypal.
