July 16th was the day when Nvidia began teasing enthusiasts and company fans with the "Speed N" logo sent out to various websites. It wasn't neither the new nForce drivers nor is it any overclocking utility to come sometime soon. It is actually an overclocking contest being held by Nvidia at Quakecon 2003. More details here.
