Codenamed 'Postville Refresh', the Intel Solid State Drive 320 Series is the long-awaited successor to the highly popular mainstream X25-M solid state drive (SSD). Slated for a mid-April launch, the 2.5-inch 9.5mm 320 Series will use 25nm MLC NAND and is available in five capacities: 40GB, 80GB, 160GB, 300GB and 600GB.
