HddSleep has a no-frills UI; you are provided with a drive dropdown, Check, and Wakeup buttons. Select your drive, Check, and then Wakeup if needed. It does display information about the drive in the bottom window for reference. That's it. No settings, configurations, etc., just a solid option for checking whether or not your HDD is in sleep mode.
