As you know most if not all Radeon 9600 graphics cards have been locked and can not be overclocked (at least not easily). Tomorrow you'll be able to grab the ATIOverclockingAntiprotection script which you can use in combination with rivatuner to unlock your Radeon 9600 and then overclock it as far as it can go.
