Burning 2 DVD's doesn't mean they're both not bad. were they both fully verified? did you check the ISO's MD5 properly before you even burnt it? faulty ram, or faulty hard disks can also cause that error, depends what stage of the install process it comes up, was the same with 2k & xp, but vista will thrash things even more.
