I had no issues with the last of the v1 releases. I went to install v2 and what a nightmare. They've changed from having an optional toolbar installed to RelevantKnowledge. It's optional but it's so bland looking that most people will overlook it and assume this is your general accept/decline installation question. That's strike one. During the process of the setup running my system was unstable with processes hanging. That's strike 2. Finally, after the installation and the necessary reboot my system was slow and definitely having problems. I did not select to install the RelevantKnowledge bundled junk but I question whether it did get installed and there was no uninstaller. That's strike 3. I uninstalled VideoInpector v2 and my problems didn't go away. I had to restore my system back to the previous day before any of this garbage was installed. I have used VideoInspector for quite some time but after this experience I will not ever touch the software again and will strongly advise others to not install it. I am not happy with KC Softwares. Their new method of bundling things with their program is extremely subtle and I can guarantee that many people will unknowingly install RelevantKnowledge. Regardless of the fact that neither selection is checked by default the fact that the acceptance window is so plain and subtle makes me think this was intentional and the results of this garbage on a system are far less than stellar. KC Softwares just lost a bunch of users because after my experience none of my friends will be touching the software again.
