You can also get atapi.sys ver 5.1.2600.1164 in the freely available Q812415 package. DX9.0a appears to install stream.sys 5.3.0.900 (so I assume that Q811777 is older) Andy PS If someone could post the USB update 810090 I would be grateful!

Were you able to install the stream.sys, January 30th, 2003 version? (I assume you have DirectX9.0a installed and Windows File Protection enabled) My system overrode "your" newer file, and recovered the DirectX9.0a 5.3.0.900 version.
