You don't seem to know that many people can get Vista for free via MSDNAA (MSDN Academic Alliance). They get it from the university they study at. So there are quite a few "private" people who use Vista legally at this time (me included). And when you compare the features of each Vista edition on winsupersite.com, you'll notice that the business edition has absolutely no disadvantages for gamers.
