It's not going to happen... Creative is horrible when it comes to drivers. The whole thing with having to buy a CD with the drivers instead of just being able to download them shows their mentality towards the whole thing. Happy customers is not something they care about. Then again, why would they? If you want a sound card for gaming purposes... you basically have to go with Creative. :/ I hate to say it but I bought an Audigy 2 ZS, an upgrade from my SB live!, just to not have to worry about those drivers. Even though the modified drivers worked well I just lost my patience. Oh what joy... Say 'hello' to Creative X-Fi. Gaah! There goes the drivers.

I've been saying this ever since that fu*king X-Fi shit hit the market, I dunno I for some reason was hoping Audigy 2 zs was going to be supported for a much longer time :( bloody creative!!! Also anyone know whats new in the drivers?

hmmmmm LOL because the creative drivers are unified ?! go get the Audigy 2 Driver an install it ... goto station-drivers get the latest X-Fi driver and install it no need to cry ... I do have a life! here and using my Audigy 2 drivers for years now

Finally a new release, waited for it so long. Any changelog ?

note: I have played a bot around and found this driver to be NEWER then the X-Fi drivers ... it does contain most of the X-Fi drivers but some are updated so this driver seem to be an SBLive! Audigy x AND X-Fi driver as I always said creative drivers are unified ! also note: the X-Fi driver does NOT contain the OpenAL enhancements ! I guess this driver is going to be the next major release for all creative cards (live and up) which is also indicated by the 2.xxxxxx and its 32/64 bit so one for ALL
