yes ... its ment for ppl. who want to DL one time and install it without the need to download it (again) or on ppl. PCs who do not have a good connection

despite my bad english LOL ... anybody does have friends right ? CD/DVD burners are mainstream right ? so its a very small problem to ask someone to download it for you... when I am in such situations like help installing windows for someone .. I always say get you PC here connecting it to my router and DL the patches right from MS but in case someone does not want to carry his PC around such things come in handy .. although I already have my own collection started by a simple batch file
