That page looks like someone took all the rumors off some sites and mish-mashed it together, and it don't look like that got it at all close to right on the ATi side of things! But you can at least get an idea of the sites/dates they got their rumors from by the low ATi memory clock speeds, I'm guessing Anands & Guru3D is where they pulled most of their rumors from.
