We have to admit that we began this review with low expectations, since ECS was never known as a maker of high quality motherboards. This card overclocked better than I expected, I was able to reach the core speed of 485 MHz and 1200 MHz on the memory. The card was 100% stable at that speed and no artifacts occurred. In reality and according to Riva tuner the card runs at 526 MHz core and 1200 MHz for the memory, very impressive indeed. Well, there you have it. It certainly appears that SinTek has brought a real winner to the PSU market. The 500 SLI has great looks, a superior feature set and, most importantly, outstanding stability. I've tested a number of power supplies, and I haven't seen one yet that was more stable than this SinTek offering. Availability is quite good, but you better have deep pockets. With a retail cost of around 160 USD ($190 for the 600W model), this is a very expensive 500W power supply.
