You've probably heard that on July 1, 2006, Intel will be making changes to its channel membership program. Yes, it's true, and we're excited about what that means for the channel and for our customers. More on that later.

DailyTech has managed to get a hold of an AMD engineering chip labeled "Athlon 64 X2 3600+ for AM2." According to CPU-Z, the processor is a 2.0GHz CPU, the same as the Athlon 64 Windsor 3800+.

As both my X1900 cards are cold bugged, while making a waterchiller for the cards, I tried SLI on Intel 975 Bad-Axe Motherboard with 2 x Inno3D 7900GTX at safe clocks of 980/980MHz. The result with Intel Conroe X6800 @ 4.75GHz is amazing! It hits 15,877 3D Mark 06, with my first run!
