Söldner - Secret Wars LEAKED

Published by [NT] 0

Fragen bzw. Links bezüglich des Downloads werden kommentarlos gelöscht. Quelle: WinFuture

Evolving the Single Player Game

DriverHeaven have posted their latest article which takes a look at two of the most recent games which try to give a twist to bog standard single player action - Mario Kart: Double Dash and Sonic Heroes.

As technology advances gamers demand much more from their games. Gone are the times when you could publish a side scrolling platformer and be guaranteed a million seller. 3D platformers are the present and more than likely the future as well. As for racing games, well you can improve the graphics, real time physics etc but there is only so far you can go with them due to the limits of current technology. Genre?s other than the platformer or racing game have it much easier, MMORPG have the social interaction aspect mixed with storyline, an RPG or FPS can rely on the storyline as well so what do you do when you have taken your genre as far as you can, what do you do to make your game stand out and challenge the gamers with something new?

X² - The Threat Gameplay Review

Published by Newsfactory 0

Nvnews have thrown up their review of X² - The Threat! Here's a snip.

I recently had the opportunity of playing X2 The Threat by EgoSoft. It's a large scale empire building game set in the far reaches of the universe. I believe that's a good thing. I think this game should be shipped there. As far as open-ended space trading games are concerned, this game is certainly part of the genre. However, as a space opera, it's long on game time, but comes up short on the story. I have a few words that I would use to describe this game: stunning, infinite, monotonous, tiresome, and laughable.
