I don't normally post software news or arcticles since I'm a hardware freak, but I'm a HUGE Quake III fanatic. Point Release v1.32 is out today at id Software.

The Robin Hood - The Legend of Sherwood demo takes you back in time to the dense foliage of Sherwood Forest where you will battle as Robin Hood or one of his Merry Men to win back control of the King's throne. The mission in the demo includes a tutorial and a side quest that will have you fighting your way through Sherwood with a fistful of arrows and a heart full of courage. Tights not included!

Thanks to Atul Fatpie for noticing that Epic Games Inc have released some info about upcoming fixes and updates to Unreal Tournament 2003! Here's some of the new features to be added to the patch.

IRC chat client in server browser
Letter and mouse-wheel support in the speech menu. This is optional, but you can set it to whatever keys you like in the .ini
Speech Binder. Similar to the controls page, lets you bind a key to phrase
Bug Fixes.

Monolith have released a new No One Lives Forever 2 Audio patch which updates the game to version 1.1.

The update addresses an audio issue that some users with unusual configurations may encounter with No One Lives Forever 2. This is a required update.

Well, it seems IFG wanted to wait until tomorrow to relase the patches. However, I guess their website team doesn't read the memos because in their support section they have a d/l link to the retail only patch. So, if IFG can post it and since the TO Team has to wait until tomorrow to "Officially" release it, I'll be mirroring the file here. The exe is ONLY for the retail version, the ZIP for MOD version will be released really soon!

Epic Games have released the latest beta version of the Unreal Development Environment (UDE), all .UC uscript source files for the retail release of UT2003, and precompiled "Debug" .U's. This should be everything you need to make script mods for UT2003. When using the "Debug" .U's, please make sure you keep a backup copy of your originals. They are not compatible online and do effect performance and also added the missing .BMP file for the debugger. Please place this file in your /HELP directory.
