Most of you will know that the new Catalyst drivers are being released by ATI tomorrow (Wednesday), so that's old news. However here's something new, a little preview of a future Catalyst driver feature...

Dell released this new set of drivers earlier this week. It's a 10MB package and only for Windows XP and 2K. Station-Drivers have a modified .inf version for your downloading pleasure. No information on bugfixes or performance with the new set is available as of yet.

Intel has some new drivers for their GigaBit NIC adapter series on their support servers ready for download. These are base drivers only, WHQL certified and for Windows 2000 and XP. Version number is 7.2.18.10.

Station-Drivers have snagged a new set of Radeon Drivers from Dell version 7.9.6 (6404 for XP), Control Panel 5061, for Windows 2000/XP! Radeon 9700 - 9800 series cards are supported and the driver is dated 05/12/03! Try at your own risk!

The Intel® Application Accelerator RAID Edition software package provides support for high-performance Serial ATA RAID 0 arrays and redundant RAID 1 arrays on select Intel® 865 and 875 chipset-based platforms using Windows* XP or Windows 2000.

3D Center have snagged a new set of Asus Radeon Drivers version 7.95 and Control Panel 5061 for windows 9X/ME/2000/XP! as I haven't got a Radeon card to test these drivers on! Try at your own Risk!

Our bro's over at Hardtecs4U have news that Nvidia will be releasing two new sets of Forceware Drivers in the shape of 53.03 for Windows XP/2000 and 53.04 for Windows 9x/Me Tomorrow at 17,00 hours! Whats new?

I just had a chat with Terry Makedon in ATI and he says the new catalyst drivers will be out next week sometime. He cant give an exact date, but im hoping by me posting this you guys who are emailing me will stop.

So all we need now is a little patience, not long to go !

We properbly wont see anything new in the driver besides the bugfix. no changelog included.

Via has removed their Hyperion 4.50 driver that was released some days ago from download page. A possible reason could be an error when the ATI control center is installed that deletes the whole filesystem !!!
