Hercules US has released new unified drivers for their sound card series based on Crystal chipsets. These include the following: Fortissimo II series GTXP series Fortissimo III 7.1 Digifire 7.1 The new version number is 6.09 with DLS soundbanks and 6.09a without them.

Just got word that Mydrivers.com seem to have some new Creative Sound Blaster Live / Live! 5.1 & Audigy 2 drivers for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, February 1st, 2003 . That's as much as I could translate as the Babelfish translator is f***. So if someone could please translate the page and post that in the comments! Thanks.

When you install SIS AGP v1.14 driver by Setup you will get AGP v1.12 instead of AGP v1.14 installed...

The problem is that Setup loads the folders & files in "AGP/old" folder and not the folders & files in the "AGP/current" folder.

Just erase folders 2000 & XP in "AGP/old" folder(v1.12) and put the 2000 & XP folders from "AGP/current"(v1.14) in there instead.

I am using Win2000 and i dont know if it´s the same with Win98/ME users. But to be sure simply put the 98/ME folder from "AGP/current" and place it in "AGP/old" folder too.

For you guys who want to have AGP utility installed by default is fixing this by "1" instead of "0" in Setup.ini file (AGPUtil=1).

I'm afraid this driver is currently unavailable for Win9x/ME. However, I was told a while ago by NVIDIA that new drivers should be posted "soon" on official NVIDIA website, and that would of course include drivers for Win9x/ME operating system.

I recently came across some new NVIDIA drivers for Win2k/XP and I thought I would share them with you. This driver is dated 22nd of January and its version is 42.81. As I am not sure if these real deal because I am using 56k, although they are dated 23/01/2003, I was wondering could someone check them out for me. Rancho*: The only strange thing is the file date. The L11 package formerly did contain the Whql .253 driver. Please leave a comment if you experience otherwise.

Leadtek has released a new VGA driver for their K7NCR18-x nForce2 series mainboard which makes use of the GeForce4 MX GPU core. The .inf file can however be manipulated to support all Nvidia cards.
