This is a fully released and supported display driver, which supports Windows ME, Windows 98 and Windows 98 SE. DirectX 8.1 and OpenGL support are included.

Realtek has released a couple of new drivers for the 8139 chip based series of LANcards. As their HTML site generates an error when accessing the download site here are the links to their FTP (real slow): The driver files are dated 12/31/2001. The drivers are WHQL certified. At least for Windows XP it is possible that Windows Update has some newer drivers already! Hit read more for the links.

Leadtek have released new Detonator drivers for their video cards from the GeForce TNT Ultra to the GeForce4 MX card for Windows 9x/2K/XP. As Leadtek use their own numbers for their drivers, I am not sure which version of Detonator drivers this is but they got to be 27.20 or above as that's the only sets that include GeForce4 cards.

The Downloads are 14.mb as they inc the winfox Utility.

Rancho*: Looks like Hilbert jumped the gun. The build number ist exactly the same in OpenGL. These are not newer perhaps just recompiled. That's all! Update from Mark@Maxreboot: If you're on 56k and you have already downloaded 27.42 drivers previously, don't bother with these. They're not faster or better in any way then the original 27.42 set.
I was told by a FAE that these drivers should get WHQL certification soon and some nVidia OEM's will put these up for download as an update to 27.20 and 27.30 drivers already posted by some manufacturers.

Guru3d.com Last week Detonator 27.42 drivers have leaked. Today I was able to get my hand on newer version Detonator 27.42 drivers. These are .zip based and come directly from NVIDIA.
The OpenGL libraries are actually dated 14.02.2002. NVIDIA apparently finished them at midnight.

I compared the drivers with those from last week and found out they are newer (save date) and belong to the series 25 driver set. These are the "golden" drivers sent in for WHQL certification and I have replaced this version with the ones from last week.

NVchips-fr have modded the leaked Nvidia Detonator driver 27.42 so that now the refresh rate fix works again on Windows 2K/XP.

New drivers, labeled Amigamerlin 2.1 for Voodoo 3/4/5 for Win XP 2.1 appeared Tuesday evening on Voodoofiles.com. I noticed these drivers, and downloaded them to give them a benchmark. The drivers to beat were definately the most recent Cuneyt drivers, as they enabled nearly every option in 3dfx tools, so one might tweak their card into oblivion (and good framerates too).
