OK peeps I was just over @ Guru3d and they had a review for EKComputer Argos GeForce4 Ti 4200 SE card.
About a year ago the same company tried the same thing! Where they would send out review samples of their cards, which are just rebranded third party cards and tried to pass them OFF as their own: they're not! They don't even have a manufacturing plant! Which they may claim to have? But what these bastards do is rip people off by sending out great overclocking cards to sites which get good reviews and then f*** you, the customers, by giving you inferior cards or no cards @ ALL.
