TVTool was developed to replace the poor support video card manufacturers had for TV-Out. TVTool works with most Nvidia based cards.

Version 9.6.4 fixes some bugs. So far it could happen that the TV image was interrupted for a very short moment during watching a movie for example. This was caused by a superfluous initialisation of TV mode. A complete list of bugfixes can be found in the readme. Also two new command line parameters to control the flicker filter have been added. And the monitor positioning option has been improved by adding new presets.
