There is no question that when Nvidia launches NV30, ATI's Radeon 9700 will be left behind. So according to Digitimes.com ATI will launch R350 to tackle NV30.
There is not any specific details posted, but still it's interesting. Here is a snip:
"ATI Technologies recently revealed that it will launch a new R350 chip and later a more simplified RV350 to brace for the competition from Nvidia?s NV30 in the fourth quarter."
