T-Mobile Everyone 30 To 1000 Price Plans

Now I don't normally bitch about things. But T-Mobile are running a scam that effects their everyone 30 to 1000 price plan customers! I recently swapped from one tariff to the everyone 300 that guarantees me 300 hundred minutes each month to phone UK networks at any time, National at any time, Local at any time and that includes mobile networks as well!

After checking my 103 pound bill they have only allowed 279 minutes of my 300 minutes! After a few phone calls to T-Mobile they tell me that there records show the 21 minutes of missing phone calls! Yeah OK, I believe you. Can you sent me an updated bill with the missing 21 minutes? Still waiting!? And I am not the only person that this has happened to! 12 friends and counting... I know it's a pain in the ass but if you're on their Everyone 30 to 1000 price plan check your minutes.

But their biggest scam is their billing system. Like in my case they send me a bill on 19th of every month! So you would think that your minutes reset on the 19th of the month? They do, but @ midnight on the 19th of every month! So that means, there's no way that I could ever have my minutes on the 19th but more like the 20th. Which in anybody's laugh is one month and 1 day as their bill leaves on the 18th @ midnight.

Here's another scam that T-mobile ran on their 'Pay as You Go' customers as reported on by watchdog.

Former One 2 One mobile supplier T-Mobile wished all of its pay as you go punters a happy New Year by sending them an affectionate letter saying ?we want to make sure that you are on the most competitive pay as you go plan?.

The company switched all these customers to the ?Everyone Plan? - but it seems some of you could be left with much bigger bills. Upon investigation, Watchdog figured out that thirty minutes of calls in a day would cost more than four times more on the new tariff.

T-Mobile?s letter to customers says, ?by moving to the Everyone Plan you will now get even better value and benefit from the new freedom it brings.? But what freedom would that be?

T-Mobile told Watchdog:
"T-Mobile?s decision to migrate customers onto our new flexible plans has been taken following in-depth research and a genuine need to better match our customers? phone habits.

Based on a thorough analysis of the issue, T-Mobile is confident that the overwhelming majority of customers will either gain from the change or will experience no perceptible difference in their call charges.

"Whenever T-Mobile changes a price plan, we are obliged to grant all affected customers a 30-day notice period. As with previous migrations, any customer who contacts T-Mobile within the notice period is treated on a case-by-case basis and where appropriate, agreement reached with the customer to keep them on an original plan. The 30-day notice period has now closed."
