Not happy with overclocking the Athlon 64 X2 4800+ to a mere 3GHz we decided to push it further. We turned to the Prometia Mach II with an updated Athlon 64 CPU kit. Our tools include a 550 watt Coolermaster power supply, the DFI Lanparty UT nF4 SLI-DR, some Corsair XMS Pro DDR400, and the 623 bios for the board. Stay tuned for an extra push past the 3.3GHz barrier, and a truckload of benchmarks comparing it against all the FX Venice and San Diego core speed grades.
