There's a new version of the IRC-bot T.A.R.A (Talking Active Robotic Assistant) out for the graps.

"Tara is a pseudo AI based bot for use in IRC (or Internet Relay Chat) channels. There are many uses you can put her to, including providing information to those who need help or assistance, keeping conversations flowing, giving users someone to talk to when the channel would otherwise be empty, or even as a nice party trick for fun."
