Unwinder just released a new patch scripts to use in combination with RivaTuner 2.0 RC12.4. It's now called SoftR9x00 and patches the new ATI Catalyst 3.4 drivers! ATI launched 1028 drivers protected against SoftFireGL and hardware modded R9x00. He already is preparing scripts for them as well.
