JRd1st found this driver over @ Dell. It's for Laptops only in it's original form GeForce4 4200 Go, GeForce FX Go5650, Quadro FX Go700, GeForce FX Go5200 and Quadro FX Go1000.

Modded INF has support for all GPU's (only fully tweaked INF up for now as I should be at work)
