Hexus Reviews ATI Radeon 8500!

Published by [PM] 2

Another in-depth review of the Radeon. Personally I like Hexus's review style so it's worth a read. Snip: Hopefully the drivers continue to get better as time goes on, it's just unfortunate they weren't better than this out of the box. For those willing to persevere however, not that you should have to, it's a fine card, very good performer and recommended if you like your image quality sharp and your DVD playback smooth. Just short of an Editors Choice Award on account of the driver issues and problems installing and testing the card. Finally, while I would have liked to have gone over SMOOTHVISION in more detail we just didn't have time. Check the full review here.

Logitech Cordless Freedom Optical Review

Published by [NT] 0

Digitalinsanity.org has just wrapped up a review on Logitech's newest cordless offering, the silver and black Logitech Cordless Freedom Optical. It's a 5 page article that features an in-depth discussion of Logitech's cordless technology and weeds through Logitech's self-glorifying technical features.

I first spotted Logitech's latest cordless keyboard and mouse package at CompUSA and was immediately hooked by it's sleek curves, silver and black body, and unique features. For quite some time, I had been searching for a replacement to my horrible generic "multimedia" keyboard (which included a horrible driver package and a tendency to ignore letter repetitions). After I moved into my concrete cubicle at my college's residence halls, I finally decided that I now required a new keyboard, one that would provide a bit of increased convenience for my mp3 and DVD/DivX collections. Given my space constraints (my dorm room is 8 feet by 12 feet), I wanted a cordless package that was easily usable from my bed (which is a good 4 to 6 feet away from my desk) so I could operate my computer with comfort while relaxing (yes, that means that I'm quite lazy).

Inno3D GF3 Ti 200!

Published by shitshot 0

SavageNews are still finishing up their review of Inno3D GF3 Ti 200 and this card is looking good for overclockers

Here's what their saying

Overclocking this card is FUN. The standard clocks are 175core/400mem, but I just got 6800 3D Marks 2001 (Athlon 1400, Win98 SE, 22.80) using the card clocked at 233/480MHz !!!. Inno3D Multimedia once again did really great job. More in our review soon...
