ATI Catalyst 5.9 with CCC

Catalyst 5.8 has shimmering problems too
After the shimmering problems with NVIDIA's ForceWare 77.77 driver, we didn't expect to find the same problems in ATI's latest driver. The guys at top ATI fan site - Rage3D - confirmed our initial thoughts for us.
