These are modified/hacked ATI Catalyst drivers. The drivers have been optimized with two things in mind, better Image Quality and more/stable frames per second when compared to the official Catalyst drivers from ATI!

DgVoodoo, by DEGE, is a Glide wrapper for Windows and DOS applications : basically, it uses Direct3D to implement the Glide2.4 API, allowing you to play lots of Glide games without having a Glide compatible card. It only requires DirectX to be installed.

The wrapper runs great on any ATi Radeon, nVidia Geforce and XGI Volari graphics cards.
