Our bro's over at Station-Drivers send news that they've snagged a new sets of Forceware Drivers in the shape of 56.55 for Windows 98/ME from GigaByte.

The Firing Squad have thrown up their ForceWare 56.56 Driver Report!

They tested ForceWare 52.16 against the newly released ForceWare 56.56 Drivers using the following Nvidia cards GeForce FX 5950 Ultra, FX 5700 Ultra, FX 5600 Ultra, FX 5200 Ultra, GeForce4 Ti 4600, GeForce3 and using the following benchmarks Lock On: Modern Air Combat, Call of Duty, Unreal Tournament 2003, Quake III: Arena version 1.32, Splinter Cell and Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness.

You propably read a lot of tests for these drivers, but has anyone compared three versions. Are there any improvements between Catalyst 3.10 and 4.2? Or maybe Omega 3.10 and Omega 4.2? Maybe DNA Drivers are better then the rest? Check our comparsion of Catalyst, Omega and DNA Drivers based on versions 3.10, 4.1 and 4.2.

Resources give me the choice to mirror this leaked ForceWare driver of NVIDIA, I would like to give you the change to give it a look. As we all read on other sites this detonator has a bug in Unreal Tournament 2004 and should be fixed by NVIDIA soon. The official release date of this ForceWare driver should be the first of march. Nvidia have released a new sets of Forceware Drivers in the shape of 53.04 for Windows XP 64-Bit Edition and Windows Server 2003 SP1 for 64-Bit Extended Systems and there dated February 19, 2004!

I Decided to Re-Write the Nvidia Forceware Drivers so that they funtion also on Laptops Go Gfx Cards!

Thanks to Dark Biene in our Forum for the Link! Neoseeker have thrown up their Preview of Forceware 56.56 Drivers.

One of the major features targeted at gamers in the 56.56 driverset is the inclusion of application specific profiles for games. What this allows is a different set of parameters to be launched with each particular game. For example, a user may want to play Call of Duty with 4x AA and 8x AF but would not want to do the same with Halo because AA / AF does not work properly with it.

Nvnews.net reports that Nvidia is planning to release a new set of WHQL ForceWare graphics drivers within the next couple of weeks. Referred to as the Release 55 drivers, version 56.56 was to have been posted today, but was delayed due to a bug that would have affected the performance of the new Unreal Tournament 2004 demo.

Update: I was just over at Gainward's ftp when I notice they have a Nvidia MCE Codec pack out! Date 17 feb 2004, I haven't download the pack and I don't know what's in it! but if your game here's the link and don't forget to report back?

These are modified/hacked ATI Catalyst drivers. The drivers have been optimized with two things in mind, better Image Quality and more/stable frames per second when compared to the official Catalyst drivers from ATI.

Just got word from Visionary over at VR-Zone that he's thrown up their Forceware 56.55 driver comparsion against Forceware driver 53.03 and using the following benchmarks 3DMark2001SE, UT2003, UT2004, SplinterCell , Quake III , Pixel Shader 2.0 test and Aquamark 3.

The new Omega Drivers for Windows 2k/XP/9x/ME based on the Official Catalyst 4.2 are out, go get them in my ATI downloads section. Make sure to see the Readme for Important Details! These are "optimized" drivers for the ATI Radeon family of video cards.

Just got word from Dreamer at SavageNews that he's snagged a new set of DeltaChrome Drivers v15.07.07.10 for windows XP.
