Matrox has released a new driver set for their Parhelia series including budget P650 and P750 cards. The driver is valid for Win 2K/XP. The new version number is 1.04.02.007. Update: The driver has been officially announced and it is WHQL certified. It has been uploaded to Matrox's FTP on June 16th. From the same date and also only available via FTP download, comes a new Parhelia series BIOS version 1.03.00.006.

Holy cow! This is the first time ever since the start of the Catalyst program, invoked by Senior Software Manager Terry Makedon, that a 'beta' driver has escaped the watchtower of ATI. 3DChipset was daring enough to host the drivers on their servers for some hours. They had to take down the files because ATI asked them to. Warp2Search has been approached as early as June 17th with the request to host the files. However as we had serious issues with our server we were not able to provide them. I have been speaking with Terry Makedon about the possible source of the drivers and ATI is investigating the 'leak' at this time. This morning we have uncovered a new, previously unreleased Nvidia Detonator driver version 44.65. This is the latest known build from the 44.xx series. This driver is a generic release and works for RIVA TNT, GeForce, Geforce 2, GeForce 3 + 4, the 'Ti' range of cards, GeForce FX and some Quadro cards.

Just got word from our friends at Station-Drivers.com that they've snagged a new Creative Sound Blaster Live & Audigy Driver version 512.12.5.285 from IBM for Windows 9X/ME/2000/XP. I expect that these need some editing to be able to install. Almost all drivers since .253 were not compatible with the Soundblaster Audigy software including SurroundMixer, AudioHQ etc.

Thanks to Garikfox in our forum for the info: Ok I'll get jiggy today too with a ver. of drivers, lol. These are from MSI and should work for most. My server is limited too 10 meg so I had too split them. ( These are only found on MSI's LiveUpdate2 )

Soltek has some nForce 2.05 drivers on their site. According to the readme, most of the files are newer than the 2.03's. They have not caused any corruption yet, like the 2.41's and 2.42's. If you download these please post your results here so everyone can know if they are better!

Intel has released new drivers for their Pro1000 Gigabit Server and Desktop LAN adapters. The new driver package is not yet implemented into the Intel support pages. However you can already download them. The package is WHQL certified. The Pro100 drivers have not changed.

Released yesterday for the All-in-Wonder series comes this updated WDM capture driver from ATI.

We have been directed to a new previously unreleased Nvidia Detonator driver version 44.61. This is the latest known build from the 44.xx series. This driver is limited in graphics card support and may need inf file editing to allow it to run on various GPU's.

Apparently Western Digital 180GB & 200GB harddrives tend to drop from an IDE RAID array after several days or weeks of operation. The company is offering a fix for this odd behaviour deeply hidden in their FAQ's. Zardon at DH sends word that Omegadrive has released his new set of Nvidia drivers based on the 44.03 Detonator FX drivers.

Dell has released an updated Radeon 9800 Driver v.7.86 for Windows XP, which is dated 6/4/2003. Whats new:

Station-drivers.com sends word that they have snagged Nvidia Detonator Drivers 43.36 WHQL for Nvidia's FX Go5600 GPU for mobile users.
