Creative SoundBlaster Audigy 1/2 Driver Packs Updates 23/01/2003

Published by Newsfactory 1

Big thanks to our bro Digital Oracle for sending this in: While browsing the net looking for some drivers for my Sound Blaster 5.1 card, I bumped into what look like updates for the Audigy 1/2 sound driver packs from Creative. As I am not sure if these real deal because I am using 56k, although they are dated 23/01/2003, I was wondering could someone check them out for me. Rancho*: The only strange thing is the file date. The L11 package formerly did contain the Whql .253 driver. Please leave a comment if you experience otherwise.

Drei neue Anti-Aliasing Modi im Detonator

Published by [NT] 0

Nvidia Detonator 42.30 Windows 2000 / XP?

Published by [PM] 1

FDRSoft is hosting a download of new Detonator drivers. These support all Nvidia graphics cards to date except GeForce FX. Update: Something is weird about this release. FDRsoft says these are 42.30 but the readme.txt states 41.50 while nv4disp.inf says 42.30. During installation some actually older than 42.01 files are copied into Windows System folder. Also this driver is only version DDI: 8. No DirectX 9 support in a 42.xx family release? Strange...
