* Based on the new offical Catalyst 4.5
* 3DNow! and SSE is now Enabled by default on OpenGL (ATI Disabled it on default for unknown reason, its can be enabled
by registry entry. enabling 3DNow! and SSE provides better frame rate and performence without any loss of quality
or any stability issue)

[Known Issues]
* UnitedAdmins project "Cheating-Death" havent added our OpenGL driver and its may detecting it as "Cheat"
we already contact UnitedAdmins on this issue. and they may fix it soon. no issue reported on VAC (Valve AntiCheat)
* the patched OpenGL Driver is still a beta. so use it by your own risk. anyway we havent encountered any
issues about it. if you encounter any issue regarding the OpenGL platform. please contact us
