Problems With The VIA KT333 Chipset!

I found this @ MadOnion.
This is what they said:
A Finnish tech-site called Muropaketti had got the following stuff directly from Epox. It seems that the VIA KT333 chipset has a serious flaw.. Click on Read More... if you want to read what Epox reported.

"The current version of VIA's KT333 has a minor bug, however important enough to suspend the production until the official release of the final chipset. VIA's new KT333 chipset will be called VIA KT333A. In Technical aspect, the chipset fails to properly work with some DDR modules or is very picky supporting them. This flaw can be solved by disabling the STR function, but for mayor production we will wait for the KT333A. The limited samples of this chipset will not cover any Media exposure, since we only produced like 5 samples totally. The official release of the KT333A will be in the end of February, Mass production will start beginning of March." Kind regards, Chris

So we got a estimated time for the release of KT333A at the same time. :) Good news! I knew that the KT333A will be the one most manufacturers will use. The "A" model (VIA chipsets) is usually the working one, and faster one.
