There are new updates available for Winamp 2 & 3. And it contains the latest plugins. The Winamp 2 File is dated 01-09-2002 (a bit old but newer then 2.81) and the Winamp 3 file is dated 19-09-2002 and it took a while when the Winamp 3 update arrived.
