I just managed to get hold of the latest 6.73-020627m-004668C-ATI drivers for Rage128 cards. These come in all four flavours:

ATI Rage128 4.13.01.8006 Driver for Win9x/ME ATI Rage128 5.13.01.5016 Driver for Windows 2000 ATI Rage128 6.13.10.5016 Driver for Windows XP ATI Rage128 4.3.4019 Driver for Windows NT4

The Win9x/ME/XP/NT4 drivers are all dated 06/27/2002 - 27th of June 2002 and the Win2K driver is dated 06/11/2002 - 11th of June 2002.
