Looks like Zen was right with his story Release Date Of GeForce FX. Check out this snip from Vr-zone.com: NVIDIA has designed the reference cooler in the way that the memory chips are covered with copper heat spreader not for nice look but GDDR-II really need them to dissipate heat well. Sources revealed that the GDDR-II may not ready for mobile platform yet as the heat issues are still not resolved therefore we should not see a mobile version of the GeForce FX anywhere soon.
