From the dslreports forums and my own observations, I can cofirm that the SPI bug is fixed. So now when you scan more than 1000 ports at once, they all show up as stealth instead of some showing up as closed.
There are many more bug fixes, but some old bugs still exist and some new ones may have been introduced.
All in all, this release seems the best one yet.
