A quote from the article:
When does low equate to high? How about when companies like be quiet! extend its cooler lineup with a new low profile, but potentially high performance CPU cooler. One of the market leaders in Germany for over nine consecutive years, be quiet! introduced to the Shadow Rock LP for HTPC and other small form factor computers earlier this April.

The Shadow Rock LP has 4 heat pipes each with a 6 millimeter diameter and uses aluminum fins in a double stack setup that varies in width from 18 to 30 millimeters depending on location on the cooler. The top of the aluminum fins end with a brushed aluminum plate and caps to cover the heat pipes, with the be quiet! name in raised/polished lettering onto this top plate.

Providing air flow is the included Pure Wings 2 120mm PWM controlled fan. Rated at 25.5 dB(A) maximum noise level at 100% fan speed, the Pure Wings 2 uses nine fan blades to move 51.4 CFM of air. Using wire clips, the fan can be mounted in a push (toward the CPU) or pull (upward toward the case cover panel) setup depending on your preferences or case requirements.
