While browsing the Apple web site, I came across a new update for the Apple iPOD. The update was released on October 18, 2002. Apparently nobody has noticed this, because I haven't seen anyone else reporting its release besides Apple on their support website.

The new update addresses an issue in which the battery indicator wouldn't display a full charge correctly! There are three different updates available.

1. For Windows.
2. Mac OSX
3. Mac OS 9.
