While using your computer, you may receive a window from the Messenger Service with an advertisement. This occurs even after Ad-aware has removed all detected objects, and none remain on the computer.

A plugin exists for Ad-aware which will allow you to easily enable and disable the Messenger Service. Remember, this will not impact your Instant Messenger programs.
