Xtream player, because:
1) it plays movies (divx, other avi and mpeg for now) from your harddrive or the internet.
2) it can play these movies while you're downloading them
3) you can seek in these movies while downloading, even to parts you haven't downloaded yet.
Play fullscreen or in a window, the interface is completely skinnable. It's excellent if you have a broadband connection, watch a movie without having to download the thing first.. Runs on XP and 2K, not yet tried on 9x. Try it out and tell me what you think, it's a beta so it's possible there are some bugs.
