It seems that Microsoft is already eyeing for a Xbox 2 this summer. This lead to fierce discussions with DVD manufacturers that supply drives for Xbox where money can be saved. Benq - major brand optical drive manufacturer - seems to charge more for 'Xbox' drives as compared to the PC counterpart.
Anyway it says, the Xbox 2 is launched in September for about $249!
