For the second time in less than a week Microsoft has released a test build of Windows 10 Mobile to its Fast Ring Insiders group. If you came of age in the late '80s, there's a good chance that Back to the Future Part II was a formative film that helped inform your idea of what society might look like in the not-too-distant future.
