Thanks to Xper for the Info: French site Impact-Hardware claims today it has made the Via P4X400 chipset work with hyperthreading ? truly a turn up for the book.

The site reports that a bit of BIOS tweaking meant it had managed to detect two processors using a Via motherboard in a Shuttle machine.

The actuality, he claims, is that two processors can be detected using non-Intel motherboards.
