Thermaltake decided to jump on the RGB wagon by taking their very successful Water 3.0 Ultimate AIO liquid CPU cooler and replacing its regular high-speed fans with their ultra-low noise Riing RGB ones. The result may not produce the exact same cooling efficiency numbers but it looks great and is almost whisper quiet even at load.
