The Logitech io Digital Pen Reviewed

Posted by [NT], 11/19/2002 06:48 AM

The Logitech io pen lets people easily share, store, organize and retrieve their handwritten information by simply writing with ink on paper - the way they always have. An optical sensor embedded in the pen captures the handwritten images, storing up to 40 pages in memory. This captured digital information can then be transferred into the PC by synching the pen via a USB cradle. The Logitech io solution offers total mobility, since all that is necessary to carry is the pen and a digital paper notebook. Earthv.com have reviewed Logitech io Pen. Click Read more for the review link and details.

Warp 2 ... EarthVillage for the full reivew. From the review: "For mobile professionals, attorneys, graphic artists, and students, the Logitech io Personal Digital Pen provides the most natural way of inputting handwritten notes to a computer. With a retail price tag of $199, the pen might not be affordable for everyone, but for those who use a pen regularly and want to have a digital copy of their handwritten work, this pen is definitely the best so far. Since digital pen technology has been introduced only recently, it still needs time to improve and mature. Until more people hear about and realize the benefits of using digital paper, it is too early to make a final conclusion."
