Icrontic has a nice articel about the Terratek SoundSystem SiXPack 5.1+PCI. Here is a bit: ...The card is neat and compact, with the usual CD/DIGITAL/AUX connector arranged along the top of the card. A daughter card is supplied, for the 15-pin game port. This is a very sensible decision - I'm leaving it out entirely as I use a USB joystick when I need one at all. The silicon used to create the sound is a Crystal CS4360, 24-Bit, 192 kHz 6 channel D/A converter.
