Stardock's LogonXP is a free program that allows users to easily customize new logon screens for Windows XP. Rather than requiring a resource hacker and downloads of .EXE files, LogonXP uses a scripting language to allow anyone the opportunity to create customized .LOGON files (archived in ZIP format) that can be sent to other users.
